About Me

MY THERAPEUTIC PHILOSOPHY

I believe that therapy is, firstly, a space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted for who you are. Each person brings their own unique experiences, relationships, strengths and challenges into therapy. For this reason, I will take the time to understand you as a whole person and tailor our work to your individual needs, goals and circumstances.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion and professional guidance. Together, we can explore the experiences and patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and identify new ways of responding to life's challenges.

I believe that meaningful therapeutic work involves both understanding and change. Therapy can provide a space to process what has been difficult, but also to recognise your strengths, build new skills, develop healthier patterns and move towards a life that feels more meaningful and authentic to you.
